Travelling by road
- The Clifton Hotel is approximately 2 miles from the M20 motorway.
- Leave the M20 at junction 13. At the first roundabout on leaving the slip road turn right (third exit).
- Follow the road down the hill to a second roundabout and turn right again (third exit), following the signs to the Town Centre and the Leas.
- Go through one set of traffic lights and at the second set of lights continue straight on over the crossroads and under a railway bridge.
- Follow the road round for approximately one mile until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout turn right (third exit) into Castle Hill Avenue.
- Continue straight on over two more roundabouts into Langhorne Gardens.
- The Clifton Hotel can be seen at the top of this short road on the righthand side.
- The Folkestone Central train station is approximately half a mile distant from the hotel. Taxis can be found at the exit from the station.
- Ashford International train station is approximately 20 minutes drive from the hotel.
- Gatwick airport is approximately 75 miles from Folkestone.
- London heathrow airport is approximately 100 miles from Folkestone.
- Le Shuttle is 3 miles. Our Reception will be happy to help you with directions.
- Dover Ferry Terminal is 7 miles from the hotel.
