Are there rooms with disabled access?

There are a limited number of rooms that have been outfitted with the necessary furnishings for those with mobility issues which are located on the first floor. To ensure that you are allocated one of these rooms please contact the hotel directly.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Animals are not permitted inside the property with the exception of service animals. Pets are more than welcome on the terrace outside however if you wish to visit and dine outside.

Where can I park my car?

The hotel does not have its own private parking, however, there are parking bays outside of the hotel (pay and display). If you park in one of the bays you may purchase a £4.00 parking permit from reception which will allow you to park from when you arrived until midday the following day. You can purchase more than one permit to cover your stay at the time of checking in.

​If the parking bay in front of the hotel is full, you could also park at the Sandgate Road Car Park which is 2 mins walk. It is pay & display only, the hotel cannot issue permits.

1. How to book?

You must call or email us to get an accurate quote for the date that you're interested in. Once you confirm the quotation, we will create the booking for you with a credit card guarantee. You will be making the payment when you check in. Your card will only be charged in the case of non-arrival.

2. Making a restaurant reservation

Whilst booking the room you'll also be required to reserve a table in the restaurant and choose the time you would like to dine. The restaurant is typically busier during weekends, so we strongly advise you to make a table reservation as early as possible.

3.What is included in the 3-course dinner?

The three-course dinner will be served from our seasonal table d'hote menu which consists of starters, mains and desserts. Since this menu changes seasonally, we request you to please contact the restaurant directly to get a copy of the latest menu.

4. Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free choices available on the menu. If you have any other dietary requirements, we will need at least 48 hours' notice to accommodate your request.

5. Cancellation policy

FREE Cancellation is available until 24-hrs before the arrival date. Cancellation outside of this grace period will incur a cancellation fee which will be the full amount of the reservation.
